SRD Architects Inc., Design and Project Management and Construction Management firm founded by licensed architects. We have been providing design services to VA Administration and also as needed Construction Project Management services to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works for over five years.

We have a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Veterans Administration for architectural design services. We are on a team to provide Construction Project Management to Los Angeles Community College District. We are also a sub consultant to MLK Partners to provide Construction Project Management services on Martin Luther King Hospital project. SRD Management won a five year prime consultant contract for the As Needed Construction Project Management and Related Services with the County of Los Angeles.

We are experienced in virtually every institutional building type such as Sheriff Station, Probation Office Building, Office Buildings, Research Centers, Transportation Centers and Building & Safety Offices. The principal of the firm represents 30 years of experience managing various major projects in the Los Angeles region from design to construction. Our Principal is a Licensed Architect in the State of California and is also LEED Accredited Professional.

We are members of American Institute of Architects, (AIA), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and International Code Council (ICC). We have several years of experience on large private and public projects with values exceeding billion dollars.
